Meet the Pro Wheels Team
Pastor Dennis Farr & Joan Farr
Hi, my name is Joan, and I am the owner of Pro Wheels. I spend most of my time in the office working side by side with the Pro Wheels ladies. It is our desire is to provide you with the best possible customer experience. We have the right people in the right place to assist with all your compliance needs.
When I am not in the office, I am serving as Pastor’s wife to my husband of 25 years. We have been blessed with five wonderful children and nine grandchildren. My husband and I are empty nesters with two indoor dogs and two outdoor cats. Most of the time, we are likely to be found hosting one (or two) of our lovely grandchildren. I’m not sure why they like to hang out with us old folks, but I am sure glad that they do.
When I need to get away from the noise that life sometimes brings, my favorite places to go is the beach (any beach). I find my solace resting my feet in the warm sand and listening to the ocean waves as they come crashing in.
I love my life and the people the Lord has placed around me. God has been so good to me.

I am sociable, outgoing, and very thoughtful of others. I enjoy working for Pro Wheels and have worked here for a little over seven years. I love helping our customers in any way that I can.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for six years. We have two children, two grandchildren, and one dog, named Kora Jane.
Some of my favorite things to do outside of work include spending time with my family, the Great Smokey Mountains, and of course the beach.
We have a great team here at Pro Wheels and we pride ourselves with having the best Customer Service around.

Hey, my name is Lori. I have been with Pro Wheels for almost 7 ½ years. One of my main responsibilities is processing IRP plates and keeping customers compliant with their tags. I also help with many other aspects of our services. The best part of my job is my customers. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them.
I have 2 children, 4 grandchildren…. soon to be 5! I enjoy being with my family more than anything! I love animals; I have a Shi Tzu and 2 outdoor cats. My absolute favorite place on the planet is the beach.
I am a follower of the Lord Jesus, and my prayer is that everything I think, say, and do would bring honor to Him. I fail
of course because I am just a sinner saved by His grace.

Working at Pro Wheels has been a life changer for me – being able to surround myself with passionate, uplifting, kind hearted women that share a likeminded desire to give our all to the individuals that trust in us.
When I’m not at work, I’m navigating through the hustle and bustle of everyday life with my wonderful Fiancé and our three beautiful children. We spend a lot of our time making as many memories as we can and living a life full of love. My family is definitely my greatest blessing.
